RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

RESERVATIONS

A 50% per person deposit reserves a place for you on a Kayak Thailand tour. All deposits must be paid 37 days before the dates of departure. Sorry we can't accept traveller's cheques. Please make your deposit at the following bank account:

Upon receiving your deposit, we will send you a confirmation email or fax. Final payment can be made to us at our office at Tung Wa Laen beach on the day before departure.   

UNFORSEEN DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS

If as a result of occurences beyond our control, ie bad weather, acts of god, illnesses etc. Kayak Thailand is not responsible for any costs incurred. We will if possible make modifications to avoid cancellation of the trip. If however a trip must totally be cancelled for the above reason, {occurences beyond our control}, guests will recieve a full refund.

CANCELLATIONS

If you for an unavoidable reason are forced to cancel a trip, Kayak Thailand will hold your deposit for one year within which time you may use it to book another trip.

There is no refund for any unused part of the itinery.
